Satisfaction Guaranteed Replacement or Money Refunded Prepare List of Delinquent Taxpayers The Woodbury County Treasurer's office is preparing a list of delinquent real estate property taxes plus special assessments that are unpaid as of this date.

The list will be published in the Sioux City Journal Nov. 24 and Dec. 1. The unpaid taxes must be paid by Nov. 9 in order to keep from being published.

Net taxes to be collected this year which were levied for the tax year of 1972 include Sioux City, $20,893,641 for real estate and personal property; for the 14 incorporated towns in the rural district, for the 23 rural townships, $5,527,631, and for the Sergeant Bluff-Sioux City district, $267,468. Grand total is $27,693,855. Total net taxes collected to date is $24,503,126. This with state tax credits of $2,564,702 brings the total to $27,067,828 or 97.74 per cent of the grand total. Mra Eatinger was dead on arrival Thursday evening at a Sioux City hospital where she was taken after she was stricken at her residence.

Mrs. Eatinger, the former Bertha A. James, was born July 8, 1895, at Orient, Iowa. She was married to Scottie Eatinger March 4, 1914, at Orient. Mr.

Eatinger died Dec. 22, 1964, at Sioux Falls. Mrs. Eatinger resided in Sioux City the last 37 years. She was a member of Whitfield United methodist Church, the Golden- Age Club and the Grand Army of the Republic.

She was a past president of the Grand Army of the Republic. 27, 1928, at Hartville, Mo. He was a veteran of World War and had been a resident of Sloan for 45 years. He operated the Sloan Motor Service for several years, a grocery store for several years, and worked for the Ray Dill Dehydrating Plant until his retirement in 1964. He was a member of the Veterans of World War Smith-Rhodes American Legion Post 295 of Sloan, and the First Christian Church of Sloan. Survivors are the widow; three daughters, Mrs.

Phillip (Eva) Wilson of Painted Post, N.Y.; Mrs. Carol (JoAnne) Wilson of Walla Walla, and Mrs. Gerald (Joydelle) Ping of Dallas, 13 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Augusta Kirkendall of Des Moines. The Wood Funeral Home of Sloan has charge of arrangements.

Adolf Kamm Adolf Kamm, 66, of Sacramento, former Sioux City resident, died Monday in Sacramento after suffering an apparent heart attack at a golf course. Funeral services will be at noon today the Mount Vernon Church of the Valley at Fair Oaks, with the Rev. Orval Oswald of Faith Lutheran Church, Fair Oaks, officiating. Buhial will be in the Veterans Csurt of Honor at Mount Vernon Memorial Park under tde direction of the Mount Vernon Mortuary at Fair Oaks. Born Aug.

3, 1907, in Sioux City, Mr. Kamm was graduated from East High School asd msved from Sioux City to California about 35 years ago. He was a postal service eyploye. Survivors include five brothers and two sisters: George and Alvin, both of Sioux City; Orvil, Robert and Mrs. Martha Burkle, all of Carson City, and Lou and Mrs.

Laura Busch, both of Carmichael, Calif. Joseph F. Seibold Joseph F. Seibold, 72, formerly of 313 W. Third died Friday at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.

Mr. Seibold was born Sept. 27, 1901 at Danbury. He had been a resident of Sioux City the last 40 years and he was employed by Nutrina Mills for 23 years, retiring in 1967. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

.97 George II. Pope George H. Pope, 79, 105 Main a mail carrier for 31 years before his retirement in 1952, died Thursday at his residence. The body was taken to the Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home from where it will be taken today to the Swedberg Funeral Home at Webster, Wis. Funeral services and burial will be in Webster.

Mr. Pope was born Dec. 6, 1893, at Merrillan, Wis. He had resided Sioux City the last 45 years. He was an Army veteran of World War I and he was a member of Monahan Post 64, American Legion.

Survivors include two sons, Arlan of Forest Lake, and Marlow of Cambridge, a brother, Lester of Lamison, a sister, Mrs. Laura Paulson in Washington; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. They homesteaded at Fort Randall until 1915 when they moved to Alcester. Mrs. Oie died in 1949. Survivors include two sons, Enoch of Sioux City, and Marvid of Alcester; twin daughters, Mrs. Christian Nelson of Vermillion, and Mrs.

Arthur Ambroson of Sioux City; seven grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Hubert O'Donnell SHELDON, Iowa Hubert O'Donnell, 76, of Sheldon, died Nov. 1 at the Hartley hospital. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Nov.
